Shady Lady Eye Shadow

Hey Guys!
I hope you are all enjoying your Sunday afternoon! I sure am, considering I'm eating yum as Chocolate Mousse that I made earlier into the day! Haha (I just had to rub it in) !
Also I do have some news! I am now officially in a relationship! Yay's for me hehe !

Well anyways, time to get to the point haha.
This is Sportsgirls Shady Lady Eye Shadow Palette!
(Which was mentioned in a previous post)

So from what I remember I roughly paid $10 for it at Sportsgirl!
At the time, I was like, "meh $10, I may as well try it out" But not I am now kind of am regretting it!

The palette's actual looks it what made me buy it, and I was stupid enough to NOT sample the tester.
The Silver and White are the only two colours I like. The black is EXTREMELY hard to blend, and the pick comes up as a darker white. Was not happy.

I had to keep saying to myself "Emma, it was only $10, no biggy!"
But then I realised that I could of brought a sleek palette for roughly the same price, and yeah.. It was a sad moment.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone to be honest. Since the colours are made with talc, they feel really heavy on your lids. It made me feel like a hooker to be honest (not joking). But in all honesty, I give it a 5/10. It would be something that I would buy for a little kid, as their first make up... No joke!

So yeah.. That's my honest opinion... :/

(black, silver, pink, white)

Get Yourself Back Home - Gym Class Hero's ftt. Neon Hitch

Oh, so sexy y'all
I don't know where you're going
Or when you're coming home
I left the keys under the mat to our front door
For one more chance to hold you close
I don't know where you're going
Just get your ass back home
We both knew this type of life
Didn't come with instructions
So I'm trying to do my best
To make something outta nothingAnd sometimes it gets
Downright shitty in fact
When you call and I don't even know
What city I'm at
Or what day of the week in the middle of the month
In a year I don't recall
It's like my life's on repeat and the last time we spoke
I told you I wouldn't be long(yeah)
That was last November now December's almost gone
I'd apologize but I don't realize what I'm doing wrong

I don't know where you're going
Or when you're coming home
I left the keys under the mat to our front door
For one more chance to hold you close
I don't know where you're going
Just get your ass back home

And you been nothing but amazing
And I will never take that for granted
Half of these birds would have flew
To coop but you, you truly understand it
And the fact you stood beside me
Every time you heard some bogusness
You deserve a standing o'
Cause they'd a just been over it
Let em talk, let em talk, let em talk, let em talk
Like we don't hear what they saying
Let em walk, let em walk, let em walk, let em walk
We'll just drive by and keep waving it
Cause you and I above all that
Just let em wallow in it
Now they all choked up, yuck
Cause they be swallowing it

I don't know where you're going
Or when you're coming home
I left the keys under the mat to our front door
For one more chance to hold you close
I don't know where you're going
Just get your ass back home

No one holds me down like you do, sweetheart
You keep doing that, I'll keep doing this
We'll be aight in the end
Trust that
We put the us in trust, babyLet's go!
I don't care what you're afterAs long as I'm the one, No
I don't care why you're leaving
You'll miss me when you're gone

I don't know where you're going
Or when you're coming home
I left the keys under the mat to our front door
For one more chance to hold you close
I don't know where you're going
Just get your ass back home
I'm home baby

Np Set Memory Foundation !

You may have seen this product on our Facebook Page.
This is the foundation we use at TAFE.
Let me make this VERY clear to everyone that reads this. NP Set Foundation is of lightweight coverage, as in it's a tinted moisturizer! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with fair skin, as it have a yellow note to it, so it would look like a mask on people with pale skin.

This product works best when teamed with primers, concealer and pressed powder. So be sure to do that if you wear the product. I don't recommend this to anyone with red zone's and a lot of pimples. You should opt for a more heavyweight coverage if you have bad problems with your skin.

Personally, I wear a set 2, and the average skin tone would be set 1. This line doesn't really cater for fair skin, but does cater for darker skinned women.
I give the product a 9/10. I love it, but have noticed the product is misleading to the general public, as most consider it to be heavyweight foundation.
Hope you enjoyed my review!

Melbourne Trip :)

Sorry that this post has taken me so long.
But a couple days ago, I went to Melbourne for my Fashion Design Trip with School.
Although the trip was intended to check out the folio's at VCE Top Design's at the Museum, we still got a lot of shopping time, and we checked out a few Cafe's and Restaurants.

I got a fair few new things, like a wallet from Rubi Shoes (across from Myers),  and some gorgeous headbands from Valley Girl in the main shopping area.
There are photo's of these cool things on our Facebook.
Click on the Facebook link in the right hand bar!!

My fav shop though is the one and only Smiggle, in the Spencer Street Mall, which is right next to Southern Cross Station!

Now if you are looking for a really great restaurant that does AMAZING Pasta's, I recommend:

Alpino Restaurant
262 Lygon Street
Carlton Victoria

96622771
www.alpinorestaurant.com.au

The waiters/waitresses were really nice and great to get along with. We got our first round of drinks and Garlic bread on the house (thanks guys) and the food was amazing! I ate the Alfredo and it was basically a 10/10 for me! There was a variety of different foods that we ate, and we were all very satisfied!

The second place I recommend is:

Ganache Chocolate
254 Collins Street
Melbourne Victoria 3000

96508388
www.ganache.com.au

The Macarons and Coffee we were served were so scrummy. There was heaps of different flavours of Macarons, that I can't even remember what I got! haha. The service was great, and the thing I loved was the chocolate on the top of my Cuppachino!

We also went and saw American Pie - The Reunion at Hoyts Cinema in the Central.
Word to the wise, if you can't eat or drink too much, DON'T get a large Coke and Large Popcorn all to yourself. The sizes are VERY different to McDonald's! haha

I really loved Melbourne, and it's worth a trip there, be sure to head on over and have a look! You will love it :)
